How many years of experience do you have?

Do you have a business license?
Yes.
Who will actually be photographing my wedding?
Single Photographer Packages: Jeff Royer
Two Photographer Packages: Jeff & Tammy Royer
Do you have a standard shot/set up list?
No. Each wedding event is unique. We tailor our coverage to meet the needs of each couple.
Can I see samples from the photographer shooting my wedding?
Yes. All images on our website are from either Jeff or Tammy. Proof Books and Wedding Albums can be viewed at your initial consultation meeting.
How will you coordinate with the musician/videographer/reception facility?
We will coordinate with the Emcee or Disk Jockey to be sure we are ready for all of your reception events.
Approximately how many pictures will you take during the day?
It varies, and depends on what is happening throughout your day, and whether there are one or two photographers.
How many of those pictures will be in my proof album?
Proof albums will contain a minimum of 400 4×6 color and black and white prints.
How many hours prior to the ceremony will you arrive?
For all day event photography, we arrive just prior to the bride getting ready, either in the home or at the church.
How will you dress for the day?
We will dress as if we were one of your guests, aka. Business casual.
What type of camera do you use?
We use all Canon digital equipment.
How many cameras do you bring?
For each photographer: 1 Main pro camera kit (Body, Lenses, Flash etc.)
Will there be a backup?
Yes. We bring a minimum of one full backup camera kit (equivalent to the main kit) including backups of all other accessories.
How new is the equipment?
Our main Canon gear is current generation pro digital.
Do you offer online photo showcasing & ordering?
Yes. Online proofs are available for viewing and ordering within about 3-5 days.
How long does it take to get your proofs back after the wedding?
Generally about one week.
How long does it take it get final album after wedding?
Generally within about 6-8 weeks.
How long are negatives stored after the wedding?
Your digital negatives will be stored for a period of three years.
Can the negatives be purchased?
Yes. We have an option to purchase the digital negatives.
Is there an extra charge to shoot photos at a different location?
No. We will shoot at any location, or multiple locations, of your choosing, time permitting.
When is the deposit & final payment due?
A deposit is due at time of booking to hold your date. Final payment is due on or before the date of your wedding.
What are your office hours?
Monday through Friday 8am to 9pm, and Weekends as available
Do you have a written contract?
Yes.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. Our guarantee is in writing and provided at time of booking / payment.
Do you have a price list?
Yes.
Are taxes & gratuity included in the price?
No.
Are there overtime charges? If so, how much?
For unlimited packages there is no overtime charge. For limited packages there is an overtime charge of $125/hour.
Is dinner expected for the photographer at the reception?
Yes, but only for unlimited packages. We additionally request, if possible, that we are served relatively near the beginning of the meal. This allows us to eat while the Bride / Groom and wedding party are eating, which means we will be available to photograph you visiting tables etc. as soon as you are finished.
Are there any additional fees?
No. Other than those stated in your agreement.
Is there a cancellation & refund policy?
Yes. All deposits are non-refundable, and hold your date exclusively. However, we understand that situations beyond your control can happen on rare occasion, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we cannot perform as stated in our agreement, you will receive a full refund.
What makes your services better or different from your competitors?
We understand that your wedding day will be one of the most important days of your life. We go the extra distance to be sure that your photographs exceed your expectations. We are professional, pleasant, friendly and will accommodate just about any request you may have throughout your day.
What else should I know about your service?
We will be with you for many hours on your wedding day, using our talents and skill to ensure that you look your most flattering in your photographs. We will also be spending significant time pre planning prior to your wedding, including, in most cases, attending your wedding rehearsal. We also scout out any locations where we will be photographing to check on changing conditions, and determine creative ways to make our photography unique to your day.
